The machine is a single-sided edgebander with fixed working side on the left. It is equipped for edging panels with material in coil (pre-cut strips and solid wood in option with STRIPES PACK and WOOD PACK).

The machine base is made of single steel block with a high degree rigidity giving optimum support for the working units and ensure cleaning and no vibrations. Industrial design.

The feed track consists of 70 mm wide, self-lubri nylon sliders, coated with wear-proof vulcanized rubber with a high coefficient of friction to ensure the maximum panel holding and precision of working.

The conveyor track consists of one flat guide and one round guide both made of ground steel to ensure the straightness of movement and the holding on lateral loadings. Lubrication is automatic.

The top pressure beam is made of thick steel double trapezoidal profile belt. CN height adjustment with display console operator. Panel great stability is also provided in areas of additional pressure rollers positioned at gluing, end trimming and rounding units.

Manual infeed panels system with widely dimensioned guide and over-sized surface to make feeding operations of even large panels
easy.

Transfer device to facilitate extraction of the panels.

The panel support consists of a telescopic shoulder can be extended up to 650 mm (for panels with max width 1200 mm).

The sound proof cabin is coated with noise-reducing material and it is illuminated inside with anti-dazzle neon lights. The soundproof cabin, closed with suction outlets connected to the suction plant is in accordance with the required specifications.

Extraction outlets mounted on the top of the machine with suitable connections for each unit.

The comfortable design of the control panel makes it easy for the operator to use the machine.
