Note to Buyers: This system cannot be removed with any torches. If removal of this item causes a hole in the building, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to patch any holes left by the removal of this system with a weather tight seal in a professional manner. It is recommended that if a hole will be created by removal, that the purchaser cut the pipe off one foot prior to the building and put a metal cap on the pipe.
