Certificate of Insurance Requirements

Anyone removing non-hand carriable item(s) or needs to use a cutting tool must provide IRS with a certificate of insurance (“COI”) before purchased item(s) can be removed or dismantled. Such COI must contain the criteria provided below:

· COI must be for person or entity that will be on the premises performing the removal or disassembly.

The minimum General Liability insurance requirement is $2,000,000.

·
Industrial Recovery Service, Inc and seller and landlord must be named as
   
additional insureds and beneficiaries”.

· A separate COI must be supplied for each individual Auction location with
   location’s address.

· COI is to appear on a standard “Accord” format and is to be faxed to IRS
   directly from your insurance company. Fax should be sent to the attention
