The total of the individual ending high bids for Lot #1A and Lot #1B will be subject to being greater than the bulk bid on Lot #1 in order for this lot to sell individually. Individual lots that do not meet reserve will be figured at $0.00 towards the total. In the event that the bulk bid and individual bids are equal, the sale will be awarded to the bulk bidder.
Please remember that if the reserve is met on this lot, ONLY the “current high bid“ at the close of this lot will be used to determine if the lot will be sold in bulk or individually. Any higher “Maximum Bid” will NOT be utilized for such purpose. The “Maximum Bid“ functionality will ONLY raise your current bid automatically against other bidders for this lot.
