The ending high bulk bid is subject to and must be greater than the total of the individual bids on Lot 104, Lot 105, Lot 106 & Lot 107. Individual lots that do not meet reserve will be figured at $0.00 towards the total. In the event that the bulk bid and individual bids are equal, the sale will be awarded to the bulk bidder. Please remember that if the reserve is met on this bulk bid, ONLY the "current high bid" at the close of this lot will be used to determine if the above-mentioned lots will be sold in bulk or individually. Any higher “maximum bid” will NOT be utilized for such purpose. The "Maximum Bid" functionality will ONLY raise your current bid automatically against other bulk bidders.
If you are the current high bidder and the reserve is met you may increase your own bid at any time before the lot closes.

If removal of this item causes a hole in the building, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to patch any holes left by the removal of this system with a weather tight seal in a professional manner. It is recommended that if a hole will be created by removal, that the purchaser cut the pipe off one foot prior to the building and put a metal cap on the pipe. This would apply particularly to any spray booths, dust collectors, air make-up systems, ovens and any item that is being removed where a pipe goes through a ceiling or a wall.
